Research Products Corporation, the parent company of Anden, has been producing commercial RO water treatment systems for over 9 years with hundreds of successful installations in a wide variety of applications. Anden has brought this proven technology to the agricultural market to provide growers with the benefits of purified water.

Each Anden water system is custom designed to meet the needs of the specific grower and the water being used. The RO water system is designed to deliver a minimum of 98% total dissolved solids (TDS) removal while operating efficiently with an industry leading 80% recovery rate (dependent on incoming water quality).

More about Anden RO Water Treatment System 13 000 GPD

Your RO system is built to order in our ISO 9001 certified production facility in Eden Prairie, MN. Prior to shipping, every system is performance and leak tested in our lab and has passed our stringent quality assurance standards. This ensures the system arrives at your facility in perfect working condition ready to install and deliver pristine, pure water for your plants. It’s this process that gives us the confidence to provide an industry leading two year warranty on your system.

Thank you for the opportunity to present a proposal to take care of your water treatment requirements. We look forward to working together to provide your plants with the clean pure water they need to grow.

Permeate water not for human consumption; not for use with home water treatment systems. Materials provided are examples only and may not reflect the final parts included in your system. Final components are determined based on the specific project and availability at the time an order is placed. Units must be removed from the shipping crate(s) and installed indoors; protected from inclement weather, extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. Systems must be commissioned for operation within six (6) months of delivery. Once Commissioned (liquid run through the pretreatment and/or RO), the system must be operated for at least 60 minutes every 72-hours. Failure to do so may render all, or portions, of the warranty void.

A RO Production Key Factor:

A significant factor in RO Permeate (product) water production is the incoming water temperature to the RO system. RO membranes are performance tested and rated based on a constant operating water temperature of 77deg F (25deg C). As incoming water temperatures decline, the water becomes more viscous thus requiring more energy, in the form of water pressure, to perform RO functionality. Leaving ‘System Pressure’ as a constant would result in lower RO Permeate (product) rate. Pressure applied to a membrane is limited without potential system damage.

To aide in overcoming production loss due to low feed water temperatures, the RO should be sized based on incoming water temperature to accommodate. Another alternative is pre-heating the incoming source water to help lower its viscosity and increase production capabilities.
