We are looking for a warehouse clerk for our head office located in Mirabel.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of orders;
  • Palletize orders to be shipped;
  • Weighing and measuring;
  • Empty trailers occasionally;
  • Assist in the production;
  • Participate in the annual inventory;
  • Housekeeping and general maintenance;
  • Respect the CNESST codes;
  • All other related tasks;

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Team spirit and initiative;

  • Resourcefulness and attention to detail;
  • Good physical condition;
  • Autonomy and versatility;

STRENGTHS

  • Comfortable with computer systems;
  • Lift card;
  • 1 year experience in a similar position (warehouse clerk or order picker);

WE OFFER

  • Hourly rate starting at $16 or more, depending on experience;
  • Possibility of a $500 bonus after 1000 hours depending on performance;
  • Steel toed boots provided after 3 months;
  • Complete and paid training;

  • Full time, permanent;
  • Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday.

In collaboration with your immediate supervisor, you will be assigned the following tasks to ensure that the Accounting Department achieves its objectives, by effectively making the most of available personnel and resources.


Main functions

  • Manage all payables for all warehouses and affiliated companies;
  • Enter invoices into SAP / Acomba and ensure proper posting of GL accounts;
  • Make payments of all supplier invoices and ensure that all discounts are taken advantage of;
  • Follow up on issues related to purchases, supplies, transportation and receipts noted in the course of your duties;
  • Follow up on inter-company transactions;
  • File invoices and payments;
  • Manage email administration;
  • Open and distribute mail;
  • Answer phones;
  • Any other related duties within the scope of proper management of the Accounting Department;

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of French and English is essential;
  • Adequate computer training: Word, Excel and other software;
  • Technical administration or equivalent work experience accredited by Hydrotek;

Job details

  • Start date: December 2021;
  • Status: Permanent, full-time;
  • Starting salary: 18.00$ / hour for an annual salary of $37,440;
  • Vacations: 4%;
