Like all Mobius products, all M9 components can be removed without tools, resulting in fast disassembly, easy cleaning, and quick reassembly. This simple design and stainless steel construction keep your sorting GMP compliant.

SAFETY-FIRST DESIGN

The M9 uses safety interlocks to provide the highest level of operator safety. The system automatically shuts down if a maintenance panel is removed, and the sorting tray immediately glows red to indicate a fault status. Once the fault is corrected, the operator must restart the machine using the Human Machine Interface (HMI) controls, which comply with leading CSA, EU, and UL safety standards.

SAFETY INTERLOCK

Safety interlocks are integrated into all access panels. When a panel is removed, the interlock automatically puts the machine into fault mode, limiting operator exposure to moving parts.

STATUS INDICATOR LIGHTS

Built-in LED indicator lights communicate the machine's operating status. For example, the sorting tray will illuminate blue when it is ready to sort, white when in operation, and red when in fault mode.
