Staal Plast Polystyrene Glue is specially formulated for assembling and repairing Staal Plast Trays and Gutter Trays. It is made from High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), the same material used to manufacture the trays, ensuring strong material integration and a permanent, reliable bond.

Each 300 mL cartridge covers approximately 19 linear feet of tray connections.

Application Guidelines:

-Wear appropriate respiratory protection, safety goggles, and gloves during installation.

-Allow the adhesive to cure for 48 to 72 hours at 68°F (20°C). Lower temperatures will increase the curing time.

-Do not use the trays until all glued connections have completely hardened.

-Apply only the required amount and avoid overapplication.

-Once fully cured, the bond is permanent.
