With your own freeze dryer, you can preserve food for up to 25 years. This technology is perfect for freeze-drying fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products, meals, desserts, and more! Each 24-hour batch has the capability of freeze-drying 1.5 to 2.5 gallons (1.5 to 2.5 #10 cans). This means that in a year, you can easily freeze dry 380 gallons of food while retaining nearly 100% of its nutrition. The freeze dryer is also incredibly easy to use - simply press start and wait for the beep when it's finished.

What Does The Harvest Right Freeze Dryer Do?

The Harvest Right Freeze Dryer removes water from materials by placing them in an environment with almost zero humidity. This causes the water molecules to be drawn out of the material and into the CO2, which raises the relative humidity of the CO2 and lowers the water content of the material. If the CO2 is continuously replenished, the process will continue until all moisture has been removed from the material. This process occurs at low temperatures, below the freezing point of water, which preserves the material in a fresh state.
